Ordering
Payment must be received in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once payment for your order has been received , e mail confirmation will be sent with details of your order to the email address you have provided. There will be no paper receipt sent with your order unless you have specified that this is
your preference. This can be done by ticking the ‘send a paper receipt’ tick box on the cart page. This creates a legally binding contract between you and
Cocoa Dust Chocolates.com . From this point, the order may not be cancelled. Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are displayed separately on your order on the cart page and final check out. Prices are subject to change.
If there is a problem with your order, I will email you within 2 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). In the event that I cannot fulfil your order due to stock unavailability, or extreme heat, I will contact you to offer you an alternative solution.
Delivery
Postage and packing to one delivery address is £3.95. A single order over £50 to one delivery address is free.
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post or by courier for larger orders. As Cocoa Dust Truffles are freshly made to order. Please allow 5 -7working days for delivery to mainland UK. We will deliver to the delivery address you provide at the time of ordering. Please ensure this information is correct and complete as we cannot cover the cost of forwarding items on to a different delivery address or non-delivery of an order due to incorrect or incomplete address details on the order.
If your Truffles do not arrive within 10 working days from the date you placed your order, and from your preferred delivery date. please contact me. If your Truffles are damaged in the post, please retain the Truffles and packaging and contact me within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement. Claims made outside this period will not be accepted. Please note that temperature fluctuations during the transportation of your Truffles may cause heat damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any Truffles that have been damaged by heat. If possible, I may delay posting your Truffles to avoid exceptionally hot days but I will contact you to offer you an alternative solution. As we use a 3rd party (Royal Mail & Evri) we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. We will do our best to ensure that your order reaches the requested delivery date at least a few days before. All orders will be posted as soon as possible unless a specified delivery date is requested at check out.
We cannot take responsibility for any adverse delays such as strikes or extreme weather which has delayed delivery of your order and hope that you will understand.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Truffles for any reason, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to help resolve any issues to the best of my ability. If the product is faulty or not as ordered, we will arrange for a replacement and may ask you to please return the Truffles to us in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted for any other reason other than as above as Cocoa Dust Truffles are freshly made to order and classified as perishable food items.
